TEAM CLIFTON MAKE THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE
Who said our girls take it easy over the summer and just top up their suntans and mobiles... Team Clifton undertook the 3 Peaks Challenge in June with the aim of raising £3,000+ for the Friends of Frenchay Hospital and the club, in memory of Clifton's former President Graham Culliford.
The challenge involved climbing Ben Nevis, Scafel Pike and Snowdon in as short a time as possible in 'one go'. All 12 walkers made it up and down each mountain, the team drove over 1300 miles and were
on the go for 40hrs... PHEW!

The club is proud to introduce TEAM CLIFTON. An idea that was born out of the fantastic spirit that has grown within the club in the senior ranks.

The spirit and enthusiasm generated by players and supporters alike through Team Clifton created a renewed energy in the club that proved infectious.

Although seen primarily as a social element, the aim was to get as many friends, families and supporters 'in tune' with the club, having fun and getting involved... IT WORKED!!!

The girls believe TEAM CLIFTON has been pivotal to 'THE NEW CLIFTON' that has emerged strong, proud and ready to challenge on all fronts as the club lays the foundations for continued success and growth in the years ahead.

Also by selling novelty badges, wrist bands and T shirts etc. to players, friends and supporters alike, TEAM CLIFTON has helped grow essential and much needed club funds too.

TEAM CLIFTON is also helping raise the clubs profile in the local area by fundraising for charitable causes…
as well as HAVING... dare we say it LOADS OF FUN!
